The girls watch the sea monster swim into a deep crevasse. Clarissa looks on in awe as Puffer stares with concentration.
Clarissa: Phew… I didn’t know creatures like that existed!
Puffer: “Lord Jel bred monsters of the deep.”– My mom told me about them, but I’ve never seen them in person.
Puffer turns to face Clarissa.
Puffer: Uh, thanks, uh…
Clarissa: My name’s Clarissa Wrasse.
Puffer: Clarissa… Got it!
The girls jet through the ocean. Various sea creatures swim around beneath them.
Clarissa: Okay, Puffer, we should probably look out for each other until we get back.
Puffer: S-sure. Better odds.
